Verizon tempered glass screen protector

About two months ago I was in the local Verizon store. While there a rep showed me the Verizon "brand" protector (tempered glass). I thought it looked good so they installed it for me..............a month later it started coming off. Took the phone back to the store and showed them. They didn't want to install another but after a talk with customer service they did it. Now the second protector is coming off. Is this a common problem with the Verizon brand?
