Multiple Languages Selection and Backed link.

Hello, I am developing News App. Unfortunately I have endup with developing single language app. As i have plan of doing more than 2 type of language news i need to develop like user selects his language to read. Can anyone brief me how it works? I have attached example image of what type of development i am planning.
