Keypad not working during call

For the past four days or so, my keypad/dialpad has stopped working during a call. It will show and hide, but does not respond when I click it. This is especially frustrating because I cannot enter my password to check my voicemail. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there something I may have done on accident??
