People can't hear me

So randomly over the last few weeks people can't hear me on the phone. I can hear them but they can't hear me. Voice to text still works and Facebook calls work it's just the phone app... sometimes turning off WiFi solves it even though I don't have it set up to call over wifi... others it has to be rebooted.. Carrier is AT&T Note 8.... any thoughts?
