Amazon Echo Turned On By Itself

Hello all, new member here. Just wondering if anyone has experienced their Echo turning on by itself yet?

I've had Echo for about 3 weeks now and haven't had any issues until about 30 mins ago. I am the only one home and Echo turned on by itself at full volume playing a radio station. I couldn't turn the volume down manually or by asking "Alexa" to turn it down, so I had to unplug her.
