Actually stuck!

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, it seemed the most suitable place to post it.

I bought a phone about a year ago from Gumtree (first mistake). It's a Galaxy X Cover 3. I planned to use it for a work phone.

From what I've read, as I'm an iOS user, this is called Kiosk mode I believe as when you turn it on, it goes to a MobiControl screen and then straight to a green screen with an old company app, dialler and calculator. That's all that can be accessed.

I then went in to recovery...
