RESTART PROBLEM

Yesterday my phone fell down.
It didnt hit the ground hard but since yesterday the phone is acting weird.
It boot up and stays normal until it is put into sleep. Then after sometime the phone restarts and the body is considerably warm.
Please help me i am a poor college student
