app not uninstalling adb did not work either

Theres an issue with my htc one m8. It's really frustrating and annoying. I was unable to uninstall the htc fm app 6.0.732633. I tried everything under the sun. I tried wiping cache partition, running my phone in safe mode, I could not uninstall the htc fm app on the phone it self so I tried uninstalling through adb, and through uadb still did not work. I'm on marshmallow and my phone is not rooted. Anybody know how to fix this issue please? Any help would be appreciated
