REMAP / REPROGRAM ANDROID ???

I have heard on a couple of occasions that android phones have settings that are set from factory that allow spyware etc and that it can be disabled by plugging it into computer and using software or something to reprogram or re map and disable the factory set spy features so to say.

Can anyone shed some light on what this is exactly and how to do it?

Using unlocked phone on Tmo

I'm a Tmo customer, and i'm not planning on switching. That being said, i would like to know their policy on bringing a non tmo phone to their network. When my S7edge is paid off, i'd like to buy an unlocked Pixel 3XL and use it on tmo. Do they have a special plan for this? I have the Tmo One + 55 plan, and i'd like to keep it, if possible. I am to the point of "forum posting" in my quest to solve this problem. I have a stock Droid Bionic and a Belkin N300 router.

I'm trying to access the recovery mode in my PC with the adb reboot recovery command but my smartphone shows the "No command" message and icon on the screen and after I while, it just restart normally.

Trying to send pics with Messenger

Yesterday I could select a pic in gallery, choose share to Messenger, and send to who I wanted.
Today , Messenger comes up briefly, then disappears.

cant receive voice mail notification!

hi
i do receive notification of voice mail when the phone is on and for example im in the shower.
but when im in a meeting(phone off) or on airplain mode and someone record a voicemail, i never get notified and something messages are important you see.

how can i receive (when i turn my phone on) some sort of info that tells me someone has left a voice mail while my phone was off?

app not uninstalling adb did not work either

Theres an issue with my htc one m8. It's really frustrating and annoying. I was unable to uninstall the htc fm app 6.0.732633. I tried everything under the sun. I tried wiping cache partition, running my phone in safe mode, I could not uninstall the htc fm app on the phone it self so I tried uninstalling through adb, and through uadb still did not work. I'm on marshmallow and my phone is not rooted. Anybody know how to fix this issue please? Any help would be appreciated

Need help with pdanet+?

Whenever I try to stream and play fortnite at the same time using USB mode on pdanet. It says reconnected or reconnect failed, I dont know why. The stream quality and wifi any other time is perfectly fine but whenever I try to stream there is always a problem.

Disable Contacts sync does not work

Hallo,
I have found that with my Pixel 4XL (or maybe it's Android 10) disabling Contacts syncing NO LONGER WORKS! With my older Pixel 2 it did work, and I would manually trigger a Contacts or Calendar symc when I wanted to. I have checked and double-checked all the settings (see below)... but it still syncs without me triggering a sync.

The settings I make are as follows ... Via Settings -> Accounts
