SD card to phone Transfer

I know this is a stupid question but I can't find any threads relating to this...

I want to transfer all my pics and video from my SD card that I had in my Samsung Alias2 to my Droid X

What's the easiest way to do this? I have the Motorola SYN1114B adapter but my computer won't recognize it.
