New note 10+ connected to computer displays as blank

I apologize if this is an old topic for these phones. I'm moving from a note 3 to a note 10+ and I wanted to move my ringtone and notification files to the new phone but when its connected to the computer the name is there but the folder is blank. Wasn't an issue with my old note 3. What am I doing wrong?
