Android app not working in windows 10

I have recently brought a new HP Spectre x360 laptop with windows 10 everything is work properly but whenever I tried to install the android application in my laptop that not open and run, I also consulted with hp Canada support but not get any beneficial solution to resolve this issue. Can anyone able to solve this issue?
