How can I play music on my bluetooth speaker while I'm on call from the same Android phone?

I've been trying to stream music to my bluetooth speaker when I'm on a phone call, from my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 but so far unable to.

I can't find any settings or apps which let me do this. Or is there a workaround? Please suggest.
