Wallpaper Size

I found that resizing the photo image in Paint solved the problem. When resized the image had 3" of space on the left and right and 2.5 inches top and bottom when printed out on 8.5 by 11. I copied into the paint folder in the Droid maxx. Changing resolution did not solve the problem.
