'Attention App/Game Developers'

Hello Admin!

Since I cannot comment on the thread I'm talking about, I'll have to make an off-topic thread about it.
I need 500.000 downloads before I can be an approved developer.
I've had apps active years back that have reach these numbers but they are not active anymore, are you saying that I will need to activate these apps just so that you can see them and then deactivate them again?
