Samsung Charge stuck in boot loop

So I have scoured the web for answers to no avail. I have entered Android Sytem Recovery <3e> multiple times and have followed instructions to the T. And here is what happens:

When I select "wipe data/factory reset" i get a message withj "E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p3". In yellow it says that the wipe is complete, yet I still am stuck with the boot loop when I "reboot system now". I have removed my SD card and tried this with no avail. Wiping the cache...
