Help! Camera & flashlight not working.

Hello!!

I have Xiaomi MI3 clone MT6589 phone. After installing a custom TWRP ROM from previous stock MIUI ROM, now my camera is not working. Opening the camera app gives "Can't connect to the camera" error. I tried reflashing ROM and installing different camera apps but it's still not working. Later I noticed that flashlight is also not working. I have my stock ROM backed up but I want to use this ROM as all other features are working fine.
