touch screen issue on my bionic....

Hi, I'm Chelsea. I joined in hopes of getting some help with my phone. I have a droid bionic. The problem is that every time i touch the screen it leaves a funky line where ever i touch or swipe.
Also has some weird bar up top that pin points everywhere i touch with well, an XY type axis and reads the coordinates and some other mystery numbers. Here is
