Yesterday, Verizon customers started getting emails letting them know that their pre-ordered HTC 10 smartphones had shipped. This had quite a few folks miffed because HTC had promised customers that if they pre-ordered through HTC, their phones would ship first. Obviously it didn't quite work out that way.
Despite that (or perhaps because of it), HTC started shipping out their pre-orders late...
