Call issues

I'm having call issues on my new Note 10+. I get calls dropped in the first minute or so occasionally which never occurred with my note 8. I have wondered if it disconnects if it touches my cheek. I had an issue today where someone who called me was unable to hear me as they said I was breaking up. I was sitting at my desk at the time. During this time of being at home most of the time problems like this are hard to pin point as a phone or cell tower issue. Any ideas or like problems out there?
