Is there a simple way to determine why numerous Gmail messages go to Trash instead of the inbox?

We have been told to keep running Details for at least 24 hours, but that only shows the last 10 access apps for each account.

I tried searching because im sure this has been asked before but wasn't seeing an answer come up. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to transfer my text messages from one phone to another? Any decent wireless chargers?

When it works, it charges rapidly...BUT that's when it works. Much of the time, I put my 4XL on the stand, it seems to be charging, but when I come back to the phone an hour later, it has actually discharged. Obviously, there must be a 'sweet spot' on the charger, but that spot is hard to hit.

Is there a "Change Resolution" feature in NOTE 10?

I have a new Note 10. I was reading that a way to extend battery life is to change your screen resolution from the highest setting to the medium setting. To do that you should be able to go to Setting/Display/Screen Resolution. I do not seem to have the "Screen Resolution" option on my Note 10. Have Verizon Droid Turbo and cannot find a dialer app that automatically sends incoming calls not in contact list to voice mail. Wife's iPhone 7, with recent iOS update, provides that option. Standard Verizon dialer app looks up incoming caller ID in contact list to show caller name, so there's no question the dialer app is contact list aware. How do I delete default settings for ringtone?

I don't know how else to word this. But I accidentally chose Android as my default ringtone chooser and now it is only showing Android ringtones. I want to use my own and I used to go through Handcent, for some odd reason, and was able to choose any ringtone or sound or music file I wish as a ringtone. The Google TTS voices are really good, and "free", but they have one serious flaw. Unlike when you have a voice pack and you choose it directly, there is no way to select a voice directly that sticks when it's a Google one. In the TTS defaults, one selects the engine (Google TTS), the language (English UK) and then I choose a favourite voice. But that doesn't carry through to most apps and it resets to what must be the "default" Google voice in the language pack (which I hate) every time...

I just started service with Metro & got a free phone which ended up in a washer long enough to kill though I managed to save the SIM card.

Play store found a possible harmful app

For the first time ever on any Android I've owned playstore found a potentially harmful app and prompted me to remove which I clicked remove.

It was called restaurant finder

Playstore warned that it had potentially harmful advertising.

I don't recall ever installing this app and when I clicked uninstall there was no indication of the app being removed

When I checked playstore it listed the app as being found warned and deleted but only showed what time it found it

Call issues

I'm having call issues on my new Note 10+. I get calls dropped in the first minute or so occasionally which never occurred with my note 8. I have wondered if it disconnects if it touches my cheek. I had an issue today where someone who called me was unable to hear me as they said I was breaking up. I was sitting at my desk at the time. Contacts not being saved

Hello Smarter than me friends...
I've tried adding some contacts today; when I do, and press done, my phone says "contact saved." But the contacts are not there! Whether I choose the phone app and press "all contacts" or whether I use the "Contacts" app (I still don't understand why there are two contacts apps...why is this?), the new contacts are not being saved. Unable to Fully Switch Provider after leaving Verizon!

I have a Note 10 Plus 5G that I bought back in November from Verizon and is fully Paid. I recently left Verizon and went to a T-Mobile Based Provider. I swapped my SIM card and I still get the Verizon Boot Logo and it says the SIM card is not Verizon Wireless but the Service Works. The other thing is that I really wanted to use Visible but I can not add APNs since it shows the option to add them is greyed out. New psx Emulator. Not working!

So i got the PlayStation emu, I didn't have any roms yet so I got a few, and they are .7z. I got the bios file and pointed the emu towards the file, but it will not recognize my roms? It says it can read .7z files. What am I doing wrong?

having issues installing busybox...

tried to use lucky patcher and it said i needed busy box... tried a few different methods found on net,tried the app from play store,and nothing... the app just restarts my phone after the second failed attempt.. anyone got any ideas? im not much of a problem solver... if bing doesnt find it for me,then i turn to the android community... any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you

My mother has been using the standalone messenger app on her phone for a while, and recently I created a Facebook account for her, and the standalone app disconnected from her local old phone 'account', and was forced to connect to the new Facebook one on her standalone phone app (it 'logged her out').

So now all her old 'phone based' standalone history is gone, and she wants it back - reconnect to it, as it has important messages from people she is not 'friends with' on her Facebook...

This post may go a bit long....so plz be patient.

I am looking for an app that can store phone contacts separate from the ones that are stored by the default contacts app. So that the default contacts app does not have any access to those contacts. I think this is possible if the other app stores them in a diff format...but I'm not able to find any app that can store contacts other than .vcf

Can't add Calendar widget

Has anyone experienced an issue when trying to add a Calendar widget to a Home screen on their Pixel 4 / 4XL? I use the stock Google Calendar app, always have. I like to have the small Calendar schedule widget on a home screen to the right, and when trying to add it it just places a blank box on the screen, never populates the widget. But the space is reserved and won't let me add anything else there. Very strange. I'm going to check the Google forums later, just curious if anyone here...

Is there an app similar to new iOS "Silence unknown callers"?.

I heard iOS 13 has a new built-in feature that blocks all incoming calls, not in your Contacts & silently sends them to voicemail. Does android have something like that? Is there an app that does something like that? if so what is/are the best options? I get so many damn spam calls it drives me crazy! I'm good at adding them to a blocklist but I still get several a day. A feature that blocks calls not in my contacts would be fantastic.

Text message 'drafts' wont go away.

I've noticed that anytime I start typing a text message and don't send it then back out of messaging, that auto-saved 'draft' can't be deleted until I type and send a new message to that person. Well I can delete it, but after leaving messaging and coming back, the draft will be back too. I can repeat it 100% of the time.

Anyone else have this issue?

I finally called the verizon techs today since I've been having so many emails issues. Turns out they've been getting plenty of calls from AOL users and have found out that AOL isn't compatible with the ics android system. verizon has notified AOL but its likely to be a long time until its resolved. why are some apps not working on my Android device?

I have been using WIFI warden which is an android app on my PC (check the installation guide here) and I have never had a problem with it. Last week I decided that I will opt to use on my android Wiko handset. I downloaded it but it's not working. My internet is throttled

I am currently using MetroPCS and realized that my internet was throttled this whole time. Im on a unlimited data plan. I did a speed test and get from 60 to 120 mbps but when I download apps it seems SUPER slow. I went to fast.com and got from 1.2mbps to 3.4 mbps. I looked up different videos but they didn't help. I was hoping someone could help me with this issue.
