I downloaded a special ringtone but how do I save it in my Sounds?

I found a special ringtone I want to use for calls from my son (I have used it on all my phones - a song he turned me on to years ago -- and I downloaded it via email to my phone. I can play it and download it, but I can't figure out how to get it saved to my Sounds so I can choose it as a ringtone. Anyone know how to do this?
