Startup folder issue in windows 10

Hello, droid forum members,
I was working on my laptop and flashing Redmi 4 with the help of my laptop and then suddenly some applications started by the auto start program so I decided to disable those applications and I try to open the task manager but windows 10 startup folder not working. I also try to open it by the shortcut key but not working. I don't know why this has happened.
