galaxy S10 audio problem

Hey guys.. looking for some suggestions on what is causing a issue with audio playback on videos that's not on youtube. Any videos that I click on let's say on google news app they play but I don't have any audio. The volume is not muted and I don't know what else to try. Very frustrating to have this new expensive phone and not be able to listen to so many video clips.
Don't get me wrong love this phone it is VERY nice and hopefully will last a few years!
Would appreciate any suggestions!!...
