Bluetooth will not start on new Galaxy Note 9

I just bought a NEW Galaxy Note 9 and after setting up for use on Sprint, I cannot get Bluetooth to turn on. The button just goes gray. I did a Factory Reset to reload everything and it still will not start. Does anyone have any ideas?
