does anyone elses pandora come on out of the blue when paired with blue tooth?

i have an issue whenever i play pandora through a blue tooth device if i dont reboot the phone as soon as i turn the device off im useing to listen the moment i get a text or an alert my pandora comes on and the music starts playing out of the blue anyone else have this issue??
