Why can't I load certain international websites

I'm trying to get to the international site for Dahua security to look at some home surveillance equipment. When I try to go to their international site on my tablet or phone, it reroutes to the US site to a "Page not found" page. There's nothing wrong with the website, because I can load it perfectly find in a PC. I just can't get it to load on my galaxy tab a 10.1 or G2 in chrome, Firefox, or Samsungs browser. Checked browser settings but didn't see anything that seemed like it...
