Camera Update Fix : does it fix video mode (exposure, stabilization) too ?

Hello,

I'm thinking about buying an HTC one M9, but one thing is freaking me out : the camera

It seems like it isn't great at all, but with the update, it seemed to be better.

The problem is, I cannot find infos about the videos after the update. Cause I saw on youtube how M9 videos look like and they were really shaky, it was almost disturbing to watch, and this without talking about the exposure problem

So that's my question : Is the software update fixing or at least improving filming...
