How do I sync Galaxy S8+ with Outlook

Hi guys!
Yesterday I finally got my new Galaxy S8+ but now I have a problem when I'm syncing it with Outlook 2013. The thing is that I'm using Outlook for ages now and I have a special software installed on my PC that syncs my contacts, noted and calendars with my phone via wi-fi.
