Moto g4plus charging issues

I'm the proud owner of two g4+. His and hers. Don't you just know hers is perfect turbo charged everything fine. Mine oh no turbo charge after less than 2 weeks took all night to go from 30 to 79%. IN contact with Motorola Support, anyone here Ave experience please? Needless to say tried bot Motorola chargers tomorrow improvement.
