Lenovo s939 problem

Hi guys, i've faces a problem while flashing the model, changing the firmware version only affected the percentage of file downloading into phone, the highest percent i could reach is 21% before a message pop-up as shows in the picture (as at 14%). made the ram, battery n eemc test and all was passed ok. any solution or suggestion on this problem?
