Mi A3 works terrible

Everything is on this short video: mia3 sucks ass - Streamable

I cannot take photos, cannot save posts from FaceBook Light. Some apps constantly crash, for example Revolut like on the video but also many many more.

What to do, why does it have to be like that? Should I format my phone? Will it help?
