lost app

Hi, just found this site, and straight away i have a question, ( hopefully in the correct place ) I used an app ( before resetting my galaxy S7 ) and now have lost the damn thing, I cannot remember the name of it, but it stopped me calling out to anyone but a sign on the phone saying something like "are you sure you want to call this number, and I had to key yes before the call went out, souds silly but at 73 I found when I pottered about with he phone I would on a few occasions wrongly...
