Samsung S7 edge stuck on 28% update for security patch

Dear experts here.
From 2 days a new security patch is available for download over the air.
It was downloaded .
I pressed to install and the phone restarts and tried to install while on the blue screen .
The phone restarted before completing the installation and it reboot again and install and stay all the time till 28%.
I can't access the phone.
It remains in the blue screen all the time.
Volume up and power and home doesn't work.
Is there anyway to remove the pending downloaded file to...
