Google account issues

Hi, not sure if this is the right spot to post this but it's an emergency.
Lost my phone a year back ( Lenovo), set a screen lock for it, a simple 1 to 4 password. Found my phone with a broken screen, the 4 doesn't take. Can't enter the password to unlock it. Signed in to my Google account, can't even find my lost device to reset the password or something. To change the screen costs a lot. What can I do so I spare some expenses?
