Android Drippler Won’t Connect

We have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and three Apple devices.

While Drippler works fine on the Apple devices, we have not been able to use it on the Galaxy for at least a week. It says, "Connection error."

Can anyone tell us how to resolve this?
