Running cloner app and original simultaneously

Any advice is welcome. I have an app the has a count down timer. the timer is 5minutes. when the timer reaches zero you press a button, receive the coin server gives me my digital coins, then the timer resets for 5 minutes and starts counting down again. So here is my issue. I cloned this app with a premium version of app cloner. I changed the cloned apps ID. I run both the cloned app and the original in multi window mode.
