Nuisance typing question

I use Swype. But, this is unrelated, I think.

It's a predictive thing. Phrases, like Thank you that I routinely use pop up when I type thank, that's fine.

But, when I type my name, I'll have suggested, my name followed by of of, or my name city, state, and my name repeated twice. Which I would never need to use.

I've looked in dictionary, Swype, etc., I've tried to long press and drag away to delete, but I can't find a simple way to change that from occurring.
Any suggestions are welcomed.
