One thing I really like about Samsung's touchwiz is the ability to add a theme without having to root your device or flash a rom. For the past few years OEMs like Samsung and HTC have been including this ability in their stock software. Samsung's stock theme engine has attracted some very talented themers, and we are seeing new themes released to the Theme Store all the time.
