Replace XT1080 recommendations

Have a XT1080 that finally gave up and wanted to upgrade to a newer model... no plan so i need to get something off ebay or amazon...wanted faster processor and more memory and perhaps bigger screen...

any suggestions on models that would be "better" than my old 1080?
