Google Assistant turbo two issues

My phone prompted me when I held the home button that I have Google assistant but it doesn't let me screenshot what's on screen like predessor Google on tap which was a great feature I want back.

. It doesn't respond to commands either only dots like it's waiting for me to speak but it does nothing. It one time voice prompted me . I disabled voice except for hands free so it doesn't keep talking if I hold home too long. How's it working for everyone else.
