Moving app files from one device to another

Hello please help
I'm using an app called "Calm" and had to download audio and video files to use it. I want to transfer the app PLUS the downloaded audio and videos to my new device. I don't want to "re-download" the audio and video files (there are too many). I moved the app just fine to my new device but it does not recognise/pick-up the audio and video files from the old device.
