Flickering bar at the bottom of the screen

Hi!

I have had my Huawei P9 Lite (Android 6.0, EMUI 4.1.1) for less than a year.
A flickering bar has appeared a few weeks ago at the bottom of the screen. It's always there, even during the Huawai loading screen when I reboot it. Also, it seems to have gotten bigger over time, covering a larger portion of the screen. It doesn't seem to affect the touch screen though.
Funny thing is, the bar doesn't appear on screenshots!

Any ideas how to get rid of it?...
