i have a droid razrm . this moring, google chrome, google play, and android systems kept crashing. all other functions worked, ie email, dolphin browser, camera, etc. i powered off the phone, the phone will not power back on, it is stuck on the red eye. i have tried a force reset, holding the vol down and power - nothing red eye. i have tried a hard reset. this takes several tries because the phone keeps returning to the red eye. i have wiped all data and rebooted the system, however i...
