Do Not Disturb glitches

I have the MediSafe app, whichis supposed to alert me to take a med at 5:35 am. On my Galaxy Note Edge, it would do this, even during Do Not Disturb, which was scheduled to end at 6 am. On this phone, it won't play an audio alert, even when given priority status. It vibrates, but doesn't sound or light up the screen.

Also, if I enable Do Not Disturb manually and set it to end after a certain time, it doesn't end.

Has anyone else run into this?
