Notifications lowering music playback

I pretty much use Spotify as my audio app for music. Whenever I get notifications from Facebook or a text the damn audio will lower on the music. I can't find any settings on the phone (S9+) or sorry that can override it. What am I missing?

Also I thought I had Facebook sounds completely of, bit it still seems to be tied to the main phone audio.
