help opening/recovering

I am using z899vl model phone. I bought it off another person using it previously. The person I bought it from isn't answering the other number they provided. They failed to give me the original email tied into the Google account, thus I am having to circumvent all of this by master resetting the phone. I am unable to plug the phone into a computer. How can I clear the email and sync my email to the phone I bought? Do I need to root and replace one of the files, editing it to delete...
