Bootloop and no usb debug off

My gf's huawei p8lite 2017 has gone into boot loop for no reason at all, she has everything stock and the usb debug is off. I tried to erase the cache from fastboot but I'm not allowed, as well as flash the boot.img recovery.img or anything at all; I also tried adb but obliviously it didn't work and there is no way to get into recovery mode just fastboot & rescue mode or being stuck into the boot loader. There is any chance to unlock it or at least save the data?
