Any puzzle lover over here?

Hi,
I created this when one of my friend was asked about to solve lights out problem in an interview. So I thought it would be fun to have a game about it.

When the game starts, a random number of lights is switched on. Pressing any of the lights will toggle it and the adjacent lights. The goal of the puzzle is to switch all the lights off, preferably in as few button presses as possible.
