App to make certain contacts ALWAYS ring

So I like to put my phone on completely silent at night (otherwise I would never sleep), but I have a family member who isn't doing well and would like to be sure calls from my parents and brother will ALWAYS ring no matter what.

Is there an app for this? I have a Nexus 6 if that matters

I already searched pretty extensively with no real luck. Thanks for looking
